We are a privately owned New Zealand company supplying the food industry since 1962.

At GS Hall we import and supply herbs, spices, seeds, dehydrated vegetables, flavours, and colours. We also develop custom rubs, coatings, seasonings, and pre-mixes, with on-site custom-blend manufacturing capabilities.

Operating under the BRC and NP3 Food Control Plan, we ensure top-tier quality and traceability. Our dedicated technical team, including experts in QA, microbiology, applications, and development, collaborates with experienced technical account managers and manufacturing personnel to deliver exceptional products and services.
